M.E.G.A. sports equipment is a specialist in sports-related projects. With a team of specialists, we turn every indoor and outdoor location into a great sports experience. This can be a boutique gym, a home gym but also a defense barracks in the Caribbean.
The management consists of Bas, Luc and Errol, they have long been part of various specialized units within defense and police. Transparency, pro-activity, inventiveness and dedication is a high priority for us.
Cooperating foreman

As an Associate Foreman at M.E.G.A. sports equipment, you will supervise an enthusiastic team and work together on challenging sports projects from start to finish. You are responsible for coordinating the work, monitoring progress and ensuring quality.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and motivate the team to achieve objectives
- Coordinate project planning
- Quality control and ensure proper execution of projects
- Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders
- If you do not have much experience yet, we offer you the opportunity to grow in this position
Who are you?
- You have an enormous drive, with at least MBO working and thinking level
- Affinity for project management, preferably in the sports industry
- Leadership and communication skills
- You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- You can work well together and are driven to find the right solution for the customer together with colleagues
- You are flexible and proactive
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
- You preferably have an affinity for sports and fitness, but a sporty attitude toward customer needs is of greater importance
Planner

As a Planner, you will be responsible for efficiently allocating resources, creating schedules and monitoring the progress of our various sports projects. You are an organized and proactive person with a passion for sports. And will play a key role in planning and coordinating our sports-related projects.
You are the spider in the web and you make sure that you get the right input from the technical team, partners and suppliers that includes the tasks below.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of project schedules (supplies and maintenance)
- Assigning resources and making schedules and other administrative work (mail/phone)
- Monitor deadlines and milestones
- Maintain communication with the project team and stakeholders
- If you do not have much experience yet, we offer you the opportunity to grow in this position
Who are you?

JUNIOR Planner

What will you be doing as a Junior Planner?
- Support in (project) planning;
- You are the spider in the web, making sure you get the right input from the technical team, partners and suppliers;
- Places and calls off orders from our suppliers;
- Scheduling deliveries;
- Answering and sending emails;
- Perform administrative work general and company specific.
Who are you?
- You are looking for a serious side job alongside your studies/study ambitions on a 0-hour basis or part-time or looking for a part-time (side) job;
- Live in or near Hellevoetsluis (future location our new building headquarters) or our current location Naaldwijk (is a plus);
- You have tremendous drive, with at least MBO working and thinking level;
- You have command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
- You can work well together and you are driven to work with colleagues to find the right solution for the customer;
- You are flexible and proactive;
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook;
- You preferably have an affinity for sports and fitness, but an athletic attitude toward client needs is of greater importance.
