Check out our new Outdoor Strength and Conditioning Gym!

We are excited to announce that we have had the honor of setting up an outdoor gym for the BSB, a special unit of the @marechaussee_officieel (military police).

This gym is located near an assault course, allowing for a wide range of combination exercises to be programmed.

The equipment is made with galvanized, multi-layer powder coating steel to ensure it can withstand any weather conditions. We will also be installing overhead doors to fully enclose the gym.

We want to thank the BSB for placing their trust in us, and a special thanks to Dennie for his hospitality and collaboration.

We are excited to announce that we completed anoth

We are excited to announce that we completed another successful project for @43gemechaniseerdebrigade.

With over more than 700m2 of strength and conditioning training space, this space can accommodate up to 50 people at once! It also has an impressive 88m2 sprint track and 24 stations divided over two identical rigs to ensure a well-rounded workout experience.

On this Dutch Memorial Day, we honor and remember

On this Dutch Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave women and men who lost their lives while defending our country and our freedom. We pay tribute to their sacrifices and cherish the freedoms they fought for.

Today, we share this picture of a Memorial WOD to honor the fallen. We do this as a symbol of our gratitude and respect for their service. Let us never forget the sacrifices made by these brave soldiers and their families.

Friend, colleague, (former) brother in arms and ME

Friend, colleague, (former) brother in arms and MEGA SE co-owner Sebastiaan Beekman received a bravery award yesterday.

13 years ago, he and his team performed under difficult and challenging circumstances a rescue operation.
In a helicopter they went to a hijacked ship in the Indian Ocean where pirates had taken control of the ship, and the crew was taken hostage.

Due to the fast and efficient action, the pirates were caught off guard and the mission was successful!
Because of the courageous and life-threatening action, they are now officially recognized as heroes.

We are of course very proud of him!! 💪

Just before the holidays we were able to carry out

Just before the holidays we were able to carry out this cool project for the 321 Special Tactics Squadron and 352 Special Operatios Wing from the @usairforce.

The two locations are equipped with grade A materials from @gymholix , @concept2inc , @torquefitnessusa /@gymbiz, @eleikobenelux next to our own material and much more.

We want to thank Dana and her fantastic team for working together on this and also for all the warmt / hospitality we received during this project.

We wish our brothers and sisters in arms a lot the best with their new facility. We look forward to a future collaboration. @gymholixeurope; thank you very much for the cooperation in this project 💪

We have realized a unique 2nd location for @one.institute Amsterdam. The building in which the gym is located is a monumental warehouse built in 1598. At this location we were able to supply the rubber floor, turf and all sports materials from @Gymholix Europe
